About

Kenneth Morris, CPA

Kenneth Morris graduated Cum Laud, from Morgan State University in May of 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  While attending Morgan Kenneth worked part time for a local CPA, Bruce D. Royster. During his accounting career, Kenneth has held a number of accounting positions. Kenneth has worked as an Accountant for the William C. March Funeral Homes, in Baltimore Maryland. He has worked as an Accounting Supervisor for the Maryland General Hospital. He has worked as a Manager for the Accounting Firm of Abrams, Foster, Nole and Williams.

Since 1994, Kenneth has been the Owner and Operator of his own Accounting Practice, now known as Kenneth W. Morris, CPA, P. A. Kenneth is “Celebrating Thirty Years of Building Business Leaders”. Kenneth considers his Accounting Practice unique in that he merges old fashion craftsmanship with modern technology. From his North Baltimore office Kenneth is able to provide the full range of accounting services, including: 

- Corporate and Individual Income Taxes

- Corporate Financial Statement Compilation and Reviews

- Corporate Financial Statement Audits

- Management Advisory Services 

Since 2005 Kenneth has been affiliated with the Nonprofit Organization, Black Professional Men, Inc. (BPM). BPM mentors middle school aged boys and provides scholarships to young men entering college. The Mission of BPM is: “To Ensure the Future of the African American Male.” Kenneth served as Treasurer of BPM from 2010 through 2015. In June 2011 the members of BPM voted Kenneth the 2011 BPM Man of the Year. Kenneth just recently completed serving a ten year term as Trustee Chairman of the Calvary Baptist Church, where Rev. Dr. Stephen Russell, Jr. is the Pastor.  Kenneth is currently serving as Treasurer of the Garrison Restorative Action & Community Empowerment Corporation, (GRACE). 

Kenneth shares his accounting experience and expertise with the community at large by way of public speaking engagements and talk radio presentations.  Kenneth has accepted speaking engagements at  his alma matter Morgan State University (MSU), Coppin State University, Women Entrepreneurs of Baltimore (WEB), the Baltimore City Branch NAACP and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers 26 FCU. Kenneth has been the invited guest on radio programming at MSU Radio, WEAA and on the Radio One Station - WOLB. 

Kenneth and his lovely wife, Joyce are the proud parents of two wonderful children.
